Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience working with seniors in a home care setting is preferred Knowledge: Must be willing to learn about chronic conditions, or have experience/expertise in dementia or Alzheimer's-related diseases. Transportation: A valid driver's license and car insurance are required, as transportation services are part of the job. Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. Background Check: Ability to pass a criminal background check and become active on the California Home Care Registry. References: At least four professional references who can speak to your experience as a caregiver, along with two personal references.
