Speech Language Pathologist in Broadway, NC

ProCare Therapy

Job Description

Job Description

Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Step into the 2026-27 school year with a rewarding part-time contract supporting students across a close-knit K-12 caseload. This opportunity offers 20 hours per week assisting 13 students out of three school sites—all conveniently located near one another and an easy drive along the expressway from Raleigh.

Your expertise in school-based speech-language pathology can make a significant impact, as you work onsite to assess, plan, and deliver individualized therapy services. The schools recognize the value you bring and provide mileage reimbursement for your travel between sites, allowing you to focus on your students rather than logistics.

Key qualifications and desired experience include:

  • Hold (or be eligible for) state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Prior experience in school settings is highly valued
  • Comfort working with K-12 students and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Flexibility to adapt to different school environments

In this position, you will:

  • Provide direct speech-language therapy and consultation services to students
  • Develop and implement IEPs and support documentation
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and student families
  • Maintain accurate records to monitor student progress
  • Travel between three nearby school sites (with mileage reimbursement included)

Alongside the unique professional environment, you’ll enjoy an individualized compensation package, a matching 401(K) plan, weekly pay, medical coverage, and travel assistance to ensure a smooth experience both on and off campus.

Experience the difference your skills can make in the lives of students while benefiting from a supportive network and comprehensive benefits. Bring your expertise to a role where every week brings new opportunities to make a meaningful impact. Apply today to learn more and take the next step in your school's journey!
