Locum CRNA (Nurse Anesthetist)

Responsibilities Administer anesthesia to patients before, during, and after surgical procedures Monitor patients' vital signs and adjust anesthesia levels accordingly Collaborate with the surgical team to develop anesthesia care plans Conduct pre-anesthetic assessments and patient consultations Provide post-anesthesia care and support to patients Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Participate in quality improvement initiatives within the department Requirements Current CRNA certification and valid state licensure Associate degree in nursing or related field Strong clinical skills in anesthesia administration Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills Commitment to patient safety and high-quality care Prior experience in a medical practice setting is preferred Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7a-3p No call required Supervision model: 3:1 2,184-beds EMR: Epic Must be board-certified Paid travel & lodging #J-18808-Ljbffr Rinvio Recruitment
