Location Poland, OH Job Id 351 # of Openings 1 Status Full-Time and Part-Time Available About the Role The Lake Club is a premier private country club in Poland, Ohio. We are seeking a polished professional who can operate as a concierge and fulfill the role of aLocker Room Attendant. This is a great opportunity for someone who truly enjoys working in a premier hospitality environment with great people and for an excellent company. We Offer Full-time and part-time shifts Overtime opportunities during the busy season Potential eligibility for benefits (Health, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401k) Biweekly pay with direct deposit Responsibilities Guest Services: Warmly receive, greet, and assist members and guests; take and deliver phone messages as needed. Locker Management: Issue lockers, keys, and towels; maintain an accurate list of occupied lockers and provide billing details to the accounting office. Tournament Support: Coordinate and assign lockers for guests during golf tournaments. Inventory Control: Monitor and maintain inventory levels for supplies (shampoo, body wash, razors, mouthwash, and linens); coordinate with the purchasing department for orders. Facility Maintenance: Inspect the locker area daily to ensure impeccable appearance, cleanliness, safety, and proper maintenance. Operations & Laundry: Transport towels to and from the laundry area; complete tasks assigned by the Director of Golf. Safety & Compliance: Enforce established club rules, regulations, and policies; ensure all safety, accident, and emergency procedures are strictly followed.
