About the Role: We’re seeking an experienced and passionate Care Coordinator to join our leadership team at Vermont Views Care Community. This is a key clinical leadership role responsible for coordinating resident care, providing hands-on clinical oversight, supporting care teams, and ensuring residents receive safe, high-quality, person-centred care. Working closely with the General Manager and Care Manager, you’ll play an important role in driving clinical excellence, supporting team capability, and enhancing resident outcomes.
