Job Description We are seeking an experienced and client‑focused Senior Consultant with expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a consulting environment and is passionate about helping clients leverage Marketing Cloud to drive meaningful customer experiences. As a Senior Consultant, you will be the primary point of contact for clients during implementation and optimization projects. You will lead discovery sessions, gather and document business and technical requirements, configure Marketing Cloud solutions, and collaborate closely with developers and internal stakeholders to deliver high‑quality implementations. Job Responsibilities Serve as the primary client‑facing consultant for Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement projects. Lead and facilitate discovery sessions to gather and define business and technical requirements. Translate business needs into scalable and maintainable Marketing Cloud solutions. Configure and implement Salesforce Marketing Cloud features. Design and configure customer journeys, data extensions, automations, and triggered sends. Create solution documentation, business requirements documents (BRDs), and technical specifications.> Work with engineers and technical consultants to ensure requirements are clearly communicated and delivered accurately. Provide strategic guidance on data modeling, segmentation, and personalization tactics. Train and support client stakeholders on Marketing Cloud functionality as needed. Required Skills 4–6 years of experience in a client‑facing role, preferably within a consulting or agency environment. 3+ years of hands‑on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement. Proven ability to lead client meetings and translate business goals into Marketing Cloud configurations. Experience configuring: Email Studio, Mobile Studio, and Advertising Studio Journey Builder and Automation Studio Marketing Cloud Connect with Salesforce CRM Data Designer and Contact Builder Data Cloud Strong documentation and communication skills; ability to produce business requirements, configuration workbooks, and solution designs. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities while maintaining client satisfaction. Desired Skills Understanding of relational data modeling and data extension management. Familiarity with Salesforce CRM (especially Sales Cloud or Service Cloud). Proficiency with AMPscript, SQL, and Server‑Side JavaScript within Marketing Cloud. Experience working with Marketing Cloud APIs (REST and SOAP). Prior experience working in an agile delivery environment. Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, including identity resolution, segment activation, and real‑time personalization. Experience in Higher Education or Nonprofit industries. Years of Experience 4–6 years of experience in a client‑facing role, preferably within a consulting or agency environment. 3+ years of hands‑on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement. Certifications Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant (highly preferred) Additional Marketing Cloud, Salesforce or Data Cloud certifications (e.g., Developer, Administrator) are a plus Additional Information Attain Partners values your mental, emotional, and physical health and wellbeing. Compensation Attain Partners is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Individual base salary for this position is unique to each candidate and will be commensurate with experience, education, and skills, ranging from $130,000 - $140,000.
