We do not cut corners, as you can tell by our square burger patties. With that being said, we expect that your natural friendliness shines through, you're able to handle a quick-paced work environment, and that you love Wendy's just as much as we do!

We expect you to have solid social skills - act like your grandparents are with you, and use your pleases and thank yous! You help your teammates and customers. When things are low, you fill them back up- condiments, utensils, etc. You love to learn and want to be a part of the team!
