Desktop Support Specialist
Tech Zone LLC
Installs, troubleshoots, and repairs workstations, laptops, network hardware and software components. Provides end-user technical assistance in both administrative offices and in manufacturing environments. Installs, configures and troubleshoots all versions of Microsoft Operating Systems and Microsoft 365 Applications. Manages workflow using Service Now to document customer issues and concerns. Stays current with industry standards and knowledge. Performs other related duties as assigned or directed. Minimum Qualifications Two (2) years or more experience providing technical assistance to users onsite and/or remotely in support of computer network operations, workstations, laptops and printers; Graduation from an accredited high school or possess a GED. #J-18808-Ljbffr Tech Zone LLC
