User Acceptance Testing of the National Clinical Clearinghouse.
Creation and posting of release notes for NCC releases approximately every 2 weeks.
Assist in writing HITRUST certifications and similar formal product documentation.
Assist in writing and distributing formal client communications.
Collaboration with Product Management team on new requirements for the solution.
Support for new client training sessions.
Prior experience as User Acceptance Testing Lead.
Prior experience creating release notes, formal product documentation, and formal client communications.
Prior experience creating/consuming requirements.
Prior training experience - the requirement is for the candidate to have general training experience. The training would be a group effort and consist of bringing new clients online with the product. This wouldn’t be the focal point of the role, but the resource may from time to time support a group with new client training.
Required Skills: Basic Qualification: Additional Skills: Background Check: Yes Drug Screen: Yes Notes: Fully remote, no subvending.
