What You Bring:

• Current RN license in your state of practice
• Minimum of 2 years of recent ER nursing experience
• Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification from the American Heart Association
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification from the American Heart Association
• Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) certification (renewed annually)
• Proficiency in electronic health records, medical software, and web-based applications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively
• Good judgment, interpersonal skills, and the ability to adapt to diverse patient populations

Additional Skills That Are a Plus:

• Certification in clinical specialty areas
• Experience with high-acuity patient care in emergency settings
• Bilingual abilities or multilingual skills

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (preferred)
• Proven success in fast-paced emergency environments

Other Requirements:

• Must be able to perform physical tasks involving heavy exertion, including lifting and moving patients or equipment
• Exposure to blood, body fluids, and infectious materials is routine
• Willingness to work flexible hours including overnight shifts
• Compliance with all certifications and ongoing education requirements
