Compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity considerations.The RoleAt Hawthorne Valley, we are committed to caring for our customer. We will have two shifts a day, an opening shift and a closing shift. The opener will be responsible for setting the day up for success. The closer will be responsible for break down and leaving the coffee trailer in good condition for the next day. This role requires comfort working alone or with coworkers, and members of the public on a daily basis, as well as a positive, respectful presence that reflects Hawthorne Valley's values.Successful candidates are motivated self-starters who take initiative, work well as part of a team, and are able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Once you are fully trained you will adjust to your formal schedule.On Call Requirements: Occasional evenings or weekends may be required to support events or emergencies
