We are actively seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a busy skilled nursing facility in Shelby, OH.
This role offers the opportunity to work in a mixed short-term rehabilitation and long-term care environment , focusing on ADL training, functional independence, and safe return-to-home outcomes for a geriatric population.
Enjoy flexible scheduling, strong interdisciplinary collaboration, and consistent patient demand , making this a great fit for an OT looking to supplement hours or maintain work-life balance while delivering high-quality care.
Requirements:The Occupational Therapist must possess:
- A valid, unrestricted license in his/her therapy discipline in the state.
- Meet educational requirements of his/her licensure requirements.
- Valid driver’s license in the state of employment.
- Knowledgeable of skilled nursing home regulations, procedures, laws, regulations and guidelines pertaining to long-term care.
