Job Summary: We are seeking a Baking and Pastry Production Cook to join the team at Escuela! In this role, you will prepare a variety of breads, Churro s, Ice creams, Cakes, and many sweet components. You will be responsible for opening the production kitchen in the morning and prepping for the day ahead. The ideal candidate has previous baking and pastry experience and a drive to excel in a team-driven environment with an array of moving parts. Ability to use professional-grade kitchen appliances and equipment. Advanced knowledge of baking and pastry techniques and recipes. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Knowledge of food safety practices. Available for early morning shifts. Open to feedback and the ability to utilize it as a tool.
