This person will carry the title of Sales Representative and be responsible for driving sales for multiple manufacturers through a dynamic territory. Key Responsibilities Grow Revenue : Drive sales growth by promoting our full product portfolio within your assigned territory. Prospect Strategically : Identify and engage potential clients through targeted outreach and relationship development. Build & Maintain Relationships : Strengthen connections with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and long‑term loyalty. Become a Product Expert : Develop a thorough understanding of our products, including their features, benefits, and competitive advantages. Train and Educate : Conduct engaging product training sessions for distributors and end‑users, emphasizing use cases and value. Communicate Effectively : Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal teams, customers, and business partners. Deliver Market Insights : Report customer feedback, competitive intelligence, and emerging opportunities to leadership and manufacturing partners. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in field sales. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required. Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan and execute strategic sales initiatives. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Eagerness to master product knowledge, manufacturing processes, and customer industries. Self-driven and capable of working independently.
