The actual compensation offered may vary based on job related factors such as experience, skills, education and location.**Position Summary****The Financial Reporting Manager is a remote role. We welcome applicants from any state to apply.** We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented **Financial Reporting Manager** to oversee our financial reporting preparation. This role is responsible for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and other ad hoc accounting requests. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of US GAAP and accounting research experience.**Key Responsibilities****Financial Reporting*** Prepare monthly reporting package including balance sheet, income statement, and cash flows* Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements including footnotes* Coordinate reviews and annual audit with external auditors* Assist in the adoption of new accounting pronouncements* Perform accounting research and analysis as needed and serve as a technical accounting resource for the Company* Assist in preparation and review of 401k and statutory financial statements**Accounting*** Assist in the monthly accounting close process for certain corporate accounting areas* Support special projects as needed, such as financial system implementations**Qualifications*** 5 years of public accounting and/or financial reporting experience, preferably in a multinational environment that is either publicly traded or private equity backed* Big 4 experience is a plus* Strong knowledge of General Accepted Accounting Principles* Experience with Hyperion Financial Management is a plus* Excellent analytical, critical-thinking, communication, and leadership skills**Education*** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field* CPA requiredIf you feel this opportunity could be the next step in your career, we encourage you to apply.
