- Utilize state-of-the-art radiographic and CT technology to create precise diagnostic images for medical interpretation
- Engage collaboratively with radiologists and healthcare teams to facilitate accurate diagnoses
- Position patients with care and calibrate equipment to ensure optimal imaging results
- Adhere rigorously to radiation safety protocols to protect patients and colleagues alike
- Maintain accurate documentation, including imaging records and equipment maintenance logs
- Deliver empathetic patient care while guiding them through their imaging experience
- Ensure the imaging environment is organized, safe, and efficient
- Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology is required; a Bachelor's Degree is preferred
- Completion of an accredited radiology program is essential
- ARRT certification (CT and/or Radiography) is a must
- Current BLS certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days of employment
- In-depth knowledge of diagnostic imaging processes and safety standards
- Exceptional communication skills to engage effectively with patients and healthcare staff
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapting effortlessly to changes
- A detail-oriented approach and a strong sense of accountability
- Comfortable using advanced imaging technologies including PACS and RIS systems
