Compensation:

$115,500 - $187,500 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential clients daily through calls, emails, and in-person meetings to build lasting relationships.
• Schedule and conduct property showings, providing clients with expert guidance and insights.
• Collaborate with team members to strategize and execute effective marketing plans for property listings.
• Attend weekly coaching sessions to refine your skills and stay updated on industry trends.
• Maintain and update your client database, ensuring all interactions are documented and follow-ups are timely.
• Negotiate offers and contracts, advocating for your clients' best interests with professionalism and integrity.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to enhance our collaborative work environment and client service approach.

Qualifications:

• Experience in customer service or sales roles, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to build rapport with clients.
• Proven track record of being self-motivated and driven to achieve personal and team goals.
• Familiarity with CRM systems or willingness to learn to manage client information efficiently.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team to foster a supportive and accountable environment.
• Eagerness to participate in regular training and coaching sessions to enhance your real estate skills.
• Strong organizational skills to manage appointments and follow-up systems effectively.
