CommunityCare Hazleton in Hazle Township PA is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing team.

Job Duties:

CommunityCare a Federally Qualified Health Center Look-Alike affiliated with Geisinger and qualifies for the National Health Service Corp Loan Repayment Program and the Pennsylvania Loan Repayment Program . CommunityCare Hazleton is located in Hazle Township approximately 2 hours northwest of Philadelphia .
