Product Manager

IDR is seeking a Product Manager to join one of our top client in the Charlotte, NC area. Position Overview for the Product Manager: Lead product discovery through delivery, partnering with business stakeholders, users, designers, and engineering to drive solutions that achieve business objectives. Execute discovery and strategy by refining product vision for your product area and translating user needs and pain points into actionable plans. Facilitate planning and delivery activities, including story mapping, roadmap planning, and sprint participation. Identify and manage cross-team dependencies while ensuring delivery aligns with legal, compliance, security, and risk requirements. Support product adoption by guiding user-facing communication and education around features and capabilities. Requirements for the Product Manager: 4+ years of product experience in an agile environment, focused on digital products Business acumen, an insatiable curiosity, and a desire to lead Exceptional problem-solving, organization, communication skills Skilled in juggling multiple tasks, prioritizing them effectively, and delivering on tight deadlines.
