We’re looking for motivated individuals who want the training, coaching, and structure to develop into productive real estate agents. You don’t need years of sales experience, but you do need to be willing to learn, communicate with people, and consistently work toward building your business.

You’ll receive hands-on guidance from experienced agents who are actively working in today’s market. You’ll learn how to generate new opportunities, connect with potential buyers and sellers, follow up with prospects, book appointments, manage your pipeline, and guide clients through the transaction process.

Our systems are designed to give you a clear understanding of what activities to focus on each day instead of leaving you to figure everything out on your own.

You’ll also receive a high commission split , allowing you to keep more of what you earn as your production increases.

Both part-time and full-time opportunities are available, giving you flexibility as you develop your real estate business.

We’re looking for someone who is coachable, self-motivated, comfortable talking with people, and serious about creating a long-term career in real estate.

Candidates must already have an active real estate license or be close to completing the licensing process.

First-year earning potential when goals are met: $150,000+

• Collaborate with experienced agents to learn effective strategies for generating leads and closing deals.
• Manage and update your client database to ensure seamless communication and follow-up.
• Participate in training sessions to continuously enhance your real estate knowledge and skills.
• Guide clients through the entire transaction process, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience.
• Utilize our proven systems to prioritize daily tasks and maximize productivity in your real estate business.

• Active real estate license or nearing completion of the licensing process.
• Ability to engage and communicate effectively with clients to understand their real estate needs.
• Proven track record of being self-motivated and driven to achieve personal and professional goals.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new strategies and systems for generating leads and closing deals.
• Experience in managing and updating client databases to ensure seamless communication and follow-up.
• Ability to conduct property showings and provide insightful tours to potential buyers.
• Comfortable collaborating with experienced agents to enhance skills and knowledge in the real estate market.
