Direct Support Lead

Sevita is seeking a Direct Support Lead to guide a team providing person-centered care for individuals with intellectual, developmental, and physical disabilities in home and community settings. In this role, you’ll support daily living activities, implement care plans, assist with medication and behavior supports, and model best practices for staff. You will coordinate schedules, train and mentor team members, ensure accurate documentation, and uphold safety and quality standards.
