You'll play a vital role in keeping customers up and running by diagnosing issues, performing preventative maintenance, and making repairs that exceed expectations. Consistent, rotating schedule.Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PMNight Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AMCompetitive pay and overtime opportunities.Company vehicle and mobile phone provided.Full benefits package (health, dental, vision, 401k match, PTO).Ongoing training and career development to help you grow your technical expertise.Education tuition and certification allowance/reimbursement.Employee referral bonus program.Be part of a company that values teamwork, customer service, and doing the job right.Work with industry-leading equipment in a fast-growing, customer-focused company.What You'll DoInstall, test, maintain, and repair rental equipment both in-house and at customer sites.Diagnose technical issues and resolve them efficiently-or collaborate with team experts when needed.Deliver hands-on customer support, including training users on proper equipment care.Maintain accurate service records using modern tools and systems.Travel to customer sites, support on-call rotations, and adapt to seasonal overtime as needed.Always put safety first-on the road, in the shop, and on customer sites.What You'll Bring3+ years of technical experience in equipment service, field maintenance, or a related area.Good mechanical aptitude and strong troubleshooting and repair skills (mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic a plus).Ability to read and apply electrical schematics & blueprints.Great communication skills-you can explain technical issues clearly to customers and teammates.A safety-first mindset and proven track record of working responsibly in shop or field settings.CDL certifications is a plus.A clean driving record to be verified through MVRAbility to travel 50-75%MUST be 21+ years of ageREIC does NOT accept solicitation from outside recruiters or recruiting agencies.REIC and all affiliates operate as drug-free environments, which includes marijuana.
