Step into an exciting contract opportunity serving elementary students as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a dynamic educational setting near Indianapolis, IN. This rewarding position focuses on supporting young learners’ communication development, with your primary assignment at one elementary location and occasional assistance at a nearby site. You’ll have the chance to make a significant impact while working with a manageable caseload of 51 students. The schedule runs from 8:10 AM to 4:10 PM, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance over a standard 37.5-hour week.

Your background in school-based SLP services will shine as you collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to enhance student outcomes. You’ll use your expertise to create individualized therapy plans, provide direct and consultative services, and document progress—all while fostering a positive and inclusive environment for diverse learners.

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP for Indiana schools
• Prior experience in an educational or pediatric SLP setting preferred
• Strong organization, communication, and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt to changing needs and multi-site responsibilities
• Commitment to evidence-based practices and professional growth

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy to elementary students with varying needs
• Develop, implement, and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

• Conduct assessments and maintain timely documentation
