Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)

Location: Quincy, CA 95971
Shift: 3 × 12 Hour Day Shifts
Compensation: $22.42 – $31.97/hour
Sign-On Bonus: $1,500

Position Summary:

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides direct resident care in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting. The role involves assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), monitoring basic health conditions, and ensuring comfort, safety, and hygiene while supporting nursing staff in delivering quality care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Take and record vital signs accurately
• Observe and report changes in resident condition, including skin integrity
• Turn, reposition, and transfer residents safely (bed, chair, wheelchair)
• Respond to resident calls promptly
• Maintain cleanliness of resident care areas
• Change linens and restock supplies as needed
• Support nurses and care team with daily patient care activities

Required Qualifications:

• Active California CNA certification (must be current)
• Current CPR certification
• Minimum 1 year experience preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (reading, writing, speaking, comprehension)

• Ability to follow care plans and safety protocols
