RN SupervisorLocation: Brooklyn, NYSchedule: Full-Time | Day, Evening, and Overnight Shifts AvailableCompensation: $52.00 – $58.00 per hourA skilled nursing facility in Brooklyn is seeking experienced RN Supervisors for all three shifts. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing nursing operations, supporting clinical staff, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional care to the facility's geriatric and long-term care residents.The ideal candidate will have prior supervisory experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility and a strong understanding of long-term care regulations, clinical operations, and resident-centered care.ResponsibilitiesSupervise and support nursing staff during assigned shiftsEnsure residents receive high-quality care in accordance with facility standards and regulatory requirementsServe as a clinical resource for RNs, LPNs, and CNAsMonitor resident conditions and address clinical concerns as they ariseOversee admissions, discharges, and transfersEnsure accurate documentation and compliance with state and federal regulationsAssist with staffing coordination and assignment managementCollaborate with physicians, rehabilitation staff, and interdisciplinary team membersInvestigate incidents, accidents, and resident care concernsSupport quality assurance and risk management initiativesMaintain a positive and professional work environmentQualificationsActive New York State RN license requiredPrevious RN Supervisor, Charge Nurse, ADON, or nursing leadership experience preferredSkilled Nursing Facility or Long-Term Care experience requiredStrong leadership and clinical assessment skillsKnowledge of NYS Department of Health regulations and survey processesExcellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilitiesCompensation & Benefits$52.00 – $58.00 per hourFull-Time opportunities availableOpenings on Day, Evening, and Overnight ShiftsBenefits package availableSupportive leadership teamOpportunity for advancement within a growing organizationIf you are an experienced RN leader looking to advance your career in long-term care, we encourage you to apply today.
