Quality Engineer(Thailand) 质量工程师 (泰国)

1. 具备泰语+中文能力者优先，无中文能力者也可；

2. 大专以上学历，质量管理、高分子、化工、机械或相关专业；

3. 具备3-5年质量工程师相关工作经验，有汽车制造业行业背景者优先；

4. 熟练应用8D方法及AIAG六大核心工具（APQP、PPAP、FMEA、MSA、SPC、CP），熟悉IATF16949标准条款；

5.较强沟通协调能力，逻辑清晰，原则性强，具备良好抗压能力及问题分析和解决能力。

工作地点：泰国（入职前期安排3~6个月至中国总部昆山学习）。

Job Requirements: Candidates proficient in both Thai and Mandarin are preferred; applicants without Chinese proficiency are also acceptable. College diploma or above, majoring in Quality Management, Polymer, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines. 3–5 years of working experience as a Quality Engineer; candidates with automotive manufacturing background shall be prioritized. Skilled in 8D problem-solving methodology and the five core AIAG tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, Control Plan); familiar with IATF16949 specification requirements. Excellent communication & coordination skills, logical thinking, strong sense of principles, capable of working under pressure with solid problem analysis & troubleshooting capabilities. Work Location: Thailand New hires will receive 3~6 months of on-the-job training at the company’s headquarter in Kunshan, China at the early stage of employment. 1. 负责泰国工厂内外部质量问题管理与处理，主导产品的全流程质量管控，依据图纸、技术规范等文件制定并优化来料、制程及出货检验标准； 2. 协同开发、运营部门推进新产品导入阶段的质量策划与风险评估工作，负责制定、实施、验证新项目测量方案，统筹开发阶段PPAP等文件的编制与提交；

3.负责生产过程中的质量控制，及时发现并运用8D等质量工具推动根本原因解决及闭环，提升产品合格率；

4. 统筹客户投诉处理，主导客诉调查、整改方案制定及预防措施落地实施，降低客诉与PPM，提升客户满意度；

5. 分析质量数据，提出改进方案，驱动质量持续改进；

6.负责质量相关培训，提高全员质量意识。

Job Responsibilities: Manage and resolve internal & external quality issues for Thailand plant, oversee full-process product quality control; formulate and optimize incoming, in-process and outgoing inspection standards in accordance with drawings, technical specifications and relevant documents. Cooperate with R&D and Operation teams on quality planning and risk assessment during new product introduction (NPI); draft, execute and verify project measurement plans, organize compilation and submission of PPAP documents at development phase. Control in-production quality; identify nonconformities timely and deploy quality tools including 8D analysis to locate root causes, implement corrective actions for full closure so as to improve production yield. Take overall charge of customer complaint handling; lead complaint investigation, formulate rectification plans and roll out preventive actions to cut complaint rate and PPM level and improve customer satisfaction. Analyze quality statistics, propose improvement initiatives and facilitate continuous quality enhancement. Deliver quality-related training to boost company-wide quality awareness.
