Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer support through phone and email, assisting customers, business partners, and drivers with inquiries and service requests.

• Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and delivery-related issues in a professional and timely manner while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

• Monitor delivery routes, track shipment progress, scan haul-away pods, verify documentation, and ensure accurate order processing.

• Process delivery order changes, updates, and cancellations while utilizing Microsoft Office and multitasking effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• High School degree required

• Bilingual English/Spanish

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
