Duties and Responsibilities Call, follow up, and schedule appointments for customers to appraise and purchase their used vehicles. Utilise the CRM for prospecting and lead generation. Interface with current used vehicle owners from appointments and the dealership service drive to purchase their vehicles. Approach, greet, and engage dealership customers to appraise and offer purchase of their vehicles. Appraise used vehicles by asking questions, taking pictures, and entering vehicle data into the automated inventory system. Work with Sales Managers to build and propose an offer to the seller. Introduce the guest to sales department personnel to facilitate the sale of a new vehicle after the purchase of their existing vehicle. Review monthly goals with management on vehicles purchased to optimising time and planning effectively. Preferred Qualifications At least 2+ years working in a Used Car department or as a Used Buyer in a dealership. Demonstrated success in telemarketing, appointment setting, or sales roles with a record of meeting or exceeding targets. Strong ability to engage customers, build rapport, and address their needs professionally. Excellent verbal communication skills and a persuasive demeanor over the phone. Positive attitude and persistence in handling rejection and pursuing leads. Comfortable using CRM software, productivity tools, and technology platforms to manage leads. Experience with Honda/Acura brand is a plus. Professional personal appearance. Ability to meet company’s production and quality standards. Required Qualifications Authorized to work in the USA. Valid driver’s license and good driving record. Ability to pass pre‑employment testing, including background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and valid driver’s license verification. Compensation $60,000 to $195,000 yearly. Draw plus commission. Incentives for meeting and exceeding sales and company goals. Schedule Full time. Monday through Saturday availability. Sundays off.
