Verification Specialist

Intake Desk provides exceptional call center intake services for some of the top attorneys across the country. The Verification – Case Review Specialist plays a critical role in our Case Review Department, responsible for verifying, organizing, and updating facts from prospective clients about their potential cases while delivering the highest level of customer service. Job Responsibilities Be extremely detail-oriented. Stay up to date on all case criteria. Receive call transfers from intake representatives to verify information with potential clients. Build a storyline and verify facts regarding the situation. Be compassionate, empathetic, reassuring, and patient while talking to prospective clients. Organize follow‑up tasks for missing items. Provide high levels of customer service and answer customer service or intake‑related questions prospective clients may have. Make follow‑up calls for missing items or document retrieval. Required Work Experience Experience in a highly detailed workflow such as verification, personal injury, workers’ comp, SSD/social security disability, insurance claims or mass‑tort legal experience. Strong, above‑average computer skills (multiple monitors, multiple workspaces). Accurate typing and data entry while speaking with a live client. Compensation Pay Range: $40,000.00 to $80,000.00+ includes guaranteed hourly pay, overtime and bonuses. W2 paid weekly.
