Sr. Audience Activation Specialist

The Audience Activation Specialist will play a pivotal role in driving our acquisition marketing efforts by developing and executing complex segmentation strategies, advising on targeting, running counts, and exploring options to maximize spend, personalize content, and increase conversion rates. This role supports the email acquisition team and is crucial for optimizing our marketing campaigns. What you will do: Develop and implement advanced segmentation strategies to optimize marketing campaigns. Advise on targeting strategies to ensure the right audience is reached effectively. Run counts and analyze data to provide insights and recommendations. Explore and test various options to maximize marketing spend and improve ROI. Drive advanced segmentation to enhance customer engagement and conversion rates. Collaborate with the email team to align strategies with overall marketing goals. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in email marketing and data analytics. What you will need: Bachelor’s degree Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience Strong verbal and written communication skills, with both internal colleagues and external clients Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills Proven experience in data analysis and segmentation strategy within an email marketing context Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets. Proficiency in data analysis tools and software Excellent communication skills to convey insights and recommendations effectively Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Experience in optimizing marketing spend and increasing conversion rates through data-driven strategies Extremely proactive, highly organized, with proven ability to manage multiple tasks Ability to prioritize and focus, with strict attention to detail Sound knowledge of productivity tools such as MS Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as collaboration and project management tools Great team player, know when to lead and when to follow What will set you apart: Email service provider experience A passion for data and a deep understanding of email marketing.
