Our organization is excited to present a fantastic opportunity for a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine physician to become part of a flourishing practice situated in South Bend, Indiana, at Our Lady of the Rosary.

This clinic is essential in delivering compassionate, mission-focused healthcare to the underserved population of South Bend. Located just minutes from the University of Notre Dame, the facility provides easy access to essential laboratory services and minor procedures, ensuring a smooth experience for both patients and healthcare providers. The chosen candidate will collaborate with a dedicated team committed to delivering high-quality care in a nurturing environment.

This traditional Family Medicine practice offers comprehensive care for patients of all ages, from children to seniors. Services encompass chronic disease management, preventive care, and minor procedures such as skin tag and mole removal, suturing, and joint injections. For those interested, obstetric care is also available. There are opportunities for teaching with Family Medicine residents from St. Joseph Health System, including clinical instruction and supervision. The average daily patient load is between 18 and 22.

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Minimal on-call responsibilities
