Dermatology NP/PA Philadelphia Area-$150,000 $170,000 Base + 25% of Collections

Emergency Solutions is recruiting an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a growing, patient-focused dermatology practice with multiple locations throughout the Philadelphia area.

This full-time opportunity offers a competitive base salary, substantial collection-based earning potential, flexible scheduling, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary: $150,000 $170,000 annually
• Additional compensation equal to 25% of collections
• Full benefits package
• Employer contribution covering 70% of health insurance
• 401(k) eligibility after one year

Qualifications

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Active Pennsylvania license or eligibility to obtain one
• Minimum of one year of general or surgical dermatology experience required
• Recent graduates will not be considered
• Strong clinical judgment and a patient-centered approach
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical environment
