Outbound Calling Representative

Job Full Description Express Employment Professionals is partnering with a commercial cleaning company in the Greater Austin area to hire an Outbound Sales Development Representative . This role supports the sales team by generating leads, making high-volume outbound calls, and scheduling appointments with potential clients. This is a phone-intensive position requiring candidates to be comfortable making 120+ outbound calls per day and engaging with prospective customers throughout the workday. Pay Rate: $18.00 - $20.00/hour DOE

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Key Responsibilities:
- Make 120+ outbound calls daily to prospective clients
- Follow up on warm leads using company systems
- Generate new leads through research and outreach
- Schedule appointments for outside sales representatives
- Track activity and maintain accurate records in company software
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals
- 1-2 years of sales, telemarketing, or marketing experience
- Experience making high-volume outbound calls
- Strong communication and phone skills
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Comfortable using CRM or similar software
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
