???? What You’ll Do

• Perform residential and light commercial electrical service work
• Diagnose electrical issues and provide clear repair options
• Install panels, circuits, fixtures, EV chargers, and more
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and job specs
• Use StraightForward Pricing to present options confidently
• Complete full safety inspections on every job
• Work independently with full support from dispatch and management

???? What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years residential electrical experience
• Maryland Journeyman or equivalent license
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Clean, professional communication with customers
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Valid driver’s license
