About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President for a Credit Analyst role with a focus on Data Centers. The successful candidate will be responsible for credit analysis and risk assessment within the realm of Data Center transactions. This includes owning the credit process from underwriting to portfolio monitoring, and working closely with the business and front office teams to exercise credit approvals and make recommendations. The role is pivotal in influencing credit quality, policy, and risk appetite, and offers high visibility within a leading Data Center portfolio. Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years' of credit experience, specifically in Project Finance and Data Center financings. Strong analytical skills and solid judgment are essential, as is the ability to understand and evaluate complex transactions. The role also requires hands-on experience in validating Obligor Risk Ratings, Basel IV parameters, and other financial metrics. The Vice President will be expected to provide approvals or recommendations for credit transactions and to continuously monitor the credit quality of the portfolio through regular reviews.
