The Warehouse Associate plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of goods in a warehouse setting. This position involves managing inventory, preparing orders for shipment, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment to support overall operational goals.
Responsibilities
- Receive and unload incoming shipments accurately and efficiently
- Inspect and verify shipment contents against packing lists
- Store products in designated locations following inventory management procedures
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the warehouse
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
