Marketing Associate

ROLE SNAPSHOT This is an entry-level, on-site position that supports live marketing initiatives connected to sports, entertainment, events, and audience engagement. The role is designed for a people-oriented candidate who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and communicating directly with others. This is not a remote position. Team members work on site and should be comfortable with regular face-to-face interaction with customers, clients, attendees, community members, partners, and/or coworkers depending on the assignment. Core activities Assist with sports and entertainment promotions Engage fans, guests, customers, and partners onsite Support event logistics and campaign materials Help measure participation and campaign outcomes Candidate profile Strong communication and interpersonal skills; professional and dependable; comfortable initiating conversations; organized and adaptable; able to work effectively as part of an on-site team.
