Empower students to reach their full potential as a Full-Time BCBA supporting both elementary and middle school-aged learners. This contract-based opportunity offers 40 hours per week, allowing you to play a pivotal role in developing and implementing effective behavior intervention strategies in a vibrant educational setting.
What You Bring:
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- At least one year of experience working in K-12 school environments
- Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and current best practices
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with students, staff, and families
- Adept at conducting Functional Behavior Assessments and designing individualized behavior support plans
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and tailor ABA-based programs for students with diverse behavioral needs
- Collaborate closely with teachers, paraprofessionals, and school administration to support student success
- Train and guide school staff on implementation of behavioral interventions and data collection
- Monitor progress through data analysis, adjusting strategies as required for optimal outcomes
- Meet regularly with families to discuss student progress and ensure continuity of supports
