Marketing Project Coordinator

Move Forward AZ is looking for a highly organized Marketing Project Coordinator to help bring marketing initiatives to life through exceptional planning, coordination, and execution. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys keeping projects on track, managing timelines, coordinating vendors, and ensuring every detail is completed accurately and on schedule. Working closely with leadership, agents, and creative partners, you'll be the driving force behind the day-to-day execution of marketing campaigns, events, and internal marketing operations. From organizing marketing requests and tracking deliverables to managing project timelines and maintaining marketing assets, you'll create the structure and accountability that keeps everything moving forward while helping deliver an outstanding experience for both the team and their clients. Compensation • Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 • PTO • Bonus opportunities Responsibilities: • Coordinate marketing projects from planning through completion • Manage timelines, deadlines, and communication between internal stakeholders and vendors • Track marketing requests and ensure projects stay organized and on schedule • Assist with the coordination of social media scheduling and content calendars • Maintain marketing databases, files, templates, and digital assets • Support event coordination, client appreciation initiatives, and community outreach efforts • Coordinate print orders, signage, branded materials, and vendor communication • Assist with email marketing campaigns and database organization • Ensure consistency and accuracy across marketing materials and communications • Help improve internal marketing systems and operational workflows Qualifications: • Experience in marketing coordination, project coordination, administrative support, or operations is preferred • Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple moving pieces simultaneously • Excellent communication and follow-through • Comfortable working in a fast-paced small business environment • Able to prioritize tasks and adapt as business needs shift • Self-starter with a proactive, problem-solving mindset • Positive attitude and team-oriented approach • Real estate experience is helpful but not required Compensation: $45,000 - $55,000
