In-Home Caregiver - Flexible Schedules Available

Caregiver Position

Service Areas: Fort Worth and Godley, Texas

Comfort Keepers is looking for caring and dependable individuals to join our in-home care team. In this role, you will provide one-on-one support to seniors and adults who need assistance with daily activities while continuing to live in their own homes.

We have opportunities for caregivers seeking part-time, full-time, or PRN schedules, depending on current client needs and availability.

Pay and Employee Benefits

• $15.50–$17.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
• Additional $1.50 per hour for eligible weekend shifts

How You'll Make a Difference

Every client has unique needs, and your responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with personal care and everyday activities
• Providing companionship and meaningful social interaction
• Preparing meals and offering medication reminders
• Helping maintain a clean and safe home environment
• Assisting with laundry and light household tasks
• Providing transportation to appointments or assisting with errands when required
• Monitoring for changes in the client's condition and reporting concerns to the appropriate team members
• Providing care according to the client's individual service plan

Qualifications

We are seeking applicants who are reliable, professional, and committed to providing quality care. Preferred qualifications include:

• Previous professional caregiving experience; at least one year is preferred
• CNA certification is welcomed but not required
• A valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation and current auto insurance
• Ability to safely perform the physical requirements of the position, including lifting up to 25 pounds when needed
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A compassionate and dependable approach to client care
