This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills, expand your network, and explore what's possible across a global financial services organization.**About the Role:**The Marketing team promotes, strengthens, advocates for, and protects the Ameriprise brand, business interests, reputation, and local communities. We help advisors build their practices by providing programs and communications that help them acquire, retain, and deepen relationships with clients.*How you'll spend your time...*Responsibilities vary depending on assigned projects(s) and may include:As part of the Marketing team, you will be exposed to a broad range of marketing initiatives, along with the chance to gain direct experience in one or more of the following areas:* Consumer marketing, insights, and market segmentation* Social media marketing* Client acquisition* Advisor marketing support programs* Marketing strategy and analytics**Required Qualifications:*** Current Junior at a 4-year university pursuing a bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.* Graduation date of December 2027 or May/June 2028**Preferred Qualifications:*** High degree of self-motivation with strong integrity and ethics* Proven organization skills and ability to manage time effectively* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills* Ability to work and communicate collaboratively and constructively with others* Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite* Working knowledge of AI productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) and their application to improve efficiency and support marketing initiatives***Visa Sponsorship****Applicants must have a valid work authorization that does not now, or in the future, require visa sponsorship for employment in the United States (e.g., H-1B, F-1 CPT, F-1 OPT, TN).***In-Office Collaboration***We are a client-centric, relationship-based business. We have a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy. Your initial total compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location.
