What You'll Do:

As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional customer experience while driving sales and delivering results.

• Greet and engage customers in a professional, welcoming manner
• Build strong relationships and establish trust with customers throughout the sales process
• Identify customer needs and recommend the right vehicle based on their wants, needs, and budget
• Conduct professional vehicle presentations and demonstrations
• Explain vehicle features, options, technology, and benefits
• Effectively handle customer questions and objections
• Negotiate and close vehicle sales while maximizing gross profit
• Follow up with leads, previous customers, and unsold prospects to generate additional opportunities
• Work closely with Sales Managers and the Finance Department to provide a seamless buying experience
• Maintain accurate customer information and follow dealership processes
• Keep vehicles properly presented and merchandised on the sales lot
• Stay knowledgeable about current inventory, pricing, incentives, and manufacturer programs
• Consistently work toward and achieve individual and dealership sales goals
• Deliver an exceptional experience that encourages repeat and referral business
