Data Scientist - Formulation & Product Development

Our client, is seeking a Data Scientist - Formulation & Product Development to join their team. As a Data Scientist - Formulation & Product Development, you will be part of the Data Analytics Department supporting cross-functional teams. Job Title: Data Scientist - Formulation & Product Development Location: Clark, NJ (Onsite - 3 days per week) Pay Range: $47.61 per hour What's the Job? Support data-driven decision-making by analyzing complex datasets related to formulation and product development. Develop predictive models and statistical analyses to optimize formulation processes and product performance. Create and maintain data pipelines and workflows to structure laboratory and operational data for analysis. Design interactive dashboards and visualizations to effectively communicate insights to scientific and business stakeholders. Collaborate with formulation scientists, R&D teams, and digital stakeholders to translate scientific challenges into data science solutions. What's Needed? Masters or PhD in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field. At least 3 years of experience in data science, analytics, or machine learning roles. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, with experience using relevant data science libraries. Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms. Strong understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning, and experimental data analysis.
