Part-Time Warehouse Operations Support Associate

What you' ll be doing:

• Supporting account managers with day-to-day coordination and communication
• Entering job details, codes, and specs into internal systems
• Reviewing billing for accuracy and submitting to the appropriate department
• Inspecting samples and coordinating outgoing shipments
• Keeping files, supplies, and job records organized and up to date
• Assembling materials for internal review and helping the team stay on schedule
• Pitching in where needed - this role wears a few hats
