Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to quality standards and implement quality control measures.Team Leadership: Lead and develop the manufacturing team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.Resource Allocation: Allocate resources effectively to optimize production output.Compliance and Safety: Ensure all manufacturing operations comply with industry regulations and safety standards.Production Planning: Develop and execute production plans to meet business objectives.Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to manufacturing.SkillsLeadership: Strong leadership skills to manage and motivate a diverse team.Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving abilities to address production challenges.Communication: Effective communication skills to interact with team members, management, and other departments.Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of production processes, machinery, and quality control standards.Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.Previous ExperienceMinimum of 3-5 years in manufacturing management or a similar role within themanufacturing industry.Qualifications and EducationMaster's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field.Be bold and take the leap!We're looking for individuals who are not afraid to take risks and explore new ideas.
