• Flexible practice scope with the opportunity to expand services based on your interests and skill set, supported by new equipment investments
• 1.5 OR days per week with part-time schedules available
• Academic involvement through teaching and supervising residents and medical students in both the clinic and operating room
• Optional research opportunities with up to 20% protected time
• No night call or in-house call responsibilities , supporting an excellent work–life balance
