Hematology/Oncology Physician
Location: Sedro Woolley, WA
Setting: Hospital
Term: 6 months to end of 2024, with an expected start in April
Pay Rate: $16,000/week
Shift Schedule: Flex 2/3 Days, 8 AM - 5 PM, No Call
A Hospital in Sedro Woolley, WA, is actively seeking a Hematology/Oncology Physician to provide dedicated care at a Cancer Center. This pivotal role involves managing a patient load in an outpatient setting, ensuring comprehensive cancer care. The physician will be expected to work 3-4 days a week (24-32 hours), collaborating with a supportive team and possibly working alongside an NP for shorter shift weeks. Qualifications of Hematology/Oncology Physician:
- Active Washington State License or IMLC eligibility
- Proficiency in EPIC is highly preferred

- Board Certification in Hematology Oncology
- WA DEA required
Duties/Responsibilities of Hematology/Oncology Physician:
- Manage patient care in an outpatient setting with an average daily volume of 15-20 adults
- Work collaboratively with support staff and/or NP based on shift duration
- Ensure comprehensive care without the requirement for specific procedures
- Participate in a seamless transition of care with detailed handovers and care coordination
