Full-time opportunity (1.0 FTE | 40 hours/week)36 patient-facing hours and 4 protected administrative hours Established patient panel and strong community demand Light call responsibilities shared among providers Telephone coverage only-no in-hospital call requirements Excellent staff support allowing physicians to focus on patient care Access to DAX Copilot, an AI-powered clinical documentation tool fully integrated with Epic Commitment to delivering safe, equitable, and high-quality care for every patient Qualifications
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school Completion of an accredited Internal Medicine Residency program Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association or Red Cross DEA certification required Eligible for Alabama medical licensure
