About This Opportunity
Judit Inc. is hiring on behalf of one of our largest clients — a global technology leader in consumer electronics, semiconductors, and mobile communications. This is a temporary, contract position : you'll be employed by Judit Inc. and work directly alongside our client's team.

Your Judit recruiter will walk you through the day-to-day work, schedule, pay, and contract length before anything moves forward.
What you'll do
You'll prepare accurate, timely sales quotations, analyzing customer requirements, pricing products with expert-level Excel, and managing opportunities, price books, and quotes in Salesforce. This role is fully onsite.
- Prepare detailed quotations using templates and pricing structures
- Analyze customer requirements and specifications to determine products and pricing
- Gather information from sales teams for quote preparation
- Use advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables, macros) for complex calculations and data analysis
- Create and update opportunities, products, price books, and quotes in Salesforce
- Keep all quoted materials accurate and consistent
- Keep internal stakeholders updated on quote status
What you'll bring
- Expert-level Microsoft Excel experience, including pivot tables, conditional formatting, data validation, and macros/VBA
- A solid understanding of Salesforce, including opportunity management, product catalogs, and quote generation tools
- Financial analysis, data modeling, and revenue planning skills
- Analytical ability and attention to detail
- The ability to work independently on tight deadlines while maintaining quality
- Clear verbal and written communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and time management skills

- VBA programming proficiency
