Title – Sr Oracle Fusion Finance & PPM Techno-Functional Consultant

Location – Charlotte, NC (Hybrid 3 days in office at client location)

Key Skills: Functional (Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials (GL, AP, AR, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, Subledger Accounting) and Oracle Fusion PPM (Project Financial Management, Project Costing, Billing), Technical (Integration using OIC, Rest API’s, BIP, FBDI, SQL, PLSQL), AI (Oracle AI Agents Studio for PPM/Fin Use cases).

Role Summary

We are hiring a Senior Oracle Fusion Finance & PPM Techno-Functional Consultant who combines deep Oracle Cloud ERP Financials and Project Portfolio Management (PPM) domain knowledge with hands-on experience building and integrating AI-driven assistants (Oracle AI Agents or equivalent). The consultant will lead end-to-end finance and project implementations, drive process-to-technology transformations, and design AI agent solutions that improve self-service, streamline financial operations, and enhance project delivery visibility.

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of Oracle ERP / PPM implementation experience with a strong techno-functional background.

• Proven hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials (GL, AP, AR, Subledger, Fixed Assets, Cash Management) and Oracle PPM (Project Financial Management, Billing, Costing).

• Demonstrated integration experience using REST APIs, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and middleware patterns.

• Strong reporting skills with OTBI and BI Publisher; ability to design finance and PPM dashboards.

• Experience with data migration and loading tools (FBDI, Web Services, mass upload patterns).

• Technical skills: SQL, PL/SQL (or equivalent), understanding of Cloud extension patterns, and basic scripting ability.

• At least 2 full lifecycle Oracle Cloud ERP + PPM implementations as a core contributor or lead.

• Hands-on experience designing, building, and deploying AI agents (Oracle AI Agents Studio or comparable platforms) focused on finance/PPM use cases, including:

Ø Conversational design and prompt engineering for finance queries.

Ø Knowledge integration (RAG/embeddings) from enterprise financial/PPM sources.

Ø Secure access patterns and PII handling for finance data.

Ø Monitoring, evaluation metrics, and continuous improvement workflows.

• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

· Oracle Cloud certifications in Financials (e.g., Oracle ERP Cloud Financials) and/or Oracle PPM.

· Prior experience with US GAAP, revenue recognition (ASC 606), and project accounting standards.

· Experience with Oracle Digital Assistant, OCI Generative AI services, or similar conversational AI ecosystems.

· Familiarity with governance for AI in finance (audit trails, model governance, SOX considerations).

· Exposure to Redwood UX customization and multi-channel agent deployment (Teams, Slack, web portals).

· Experience with DevOps practices for cloud deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.
